Returns & Exchange Policy

At MORAKA, we take great care to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Due to the intimate nature of innerwear products, we follow strict hygiene standards.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • We request customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and descriptions before placing an order.
  • We do allow size exchanges only for Bra under the following conditions:
    • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • The tags and original packaging are intact.
    • The exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
    • when you return the any product 100 ruppes deducted of your purchase price

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Briefs, panties, lingerie, shapewear, and other intimate apparel
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
  • Items without original tags or packaging

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We do accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Incorrect product delivered

Process for Exchange

Contact us via 📱 WhatsApp or 📩 Email with your order details.
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange the pickup or you can ship the product back to us as paid on delivery.

Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Clear images/videos must be shared for verification
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
